Value of Origin

Welcome.

Terroir Re-Imagined.

Vindicating the Value of Origin is akin to anchoring one’s purpose towards culture and the people that make it possible. Expressing the unique character and the singularity of each landscape regionally, highlighting the origin from what’s taken from each terroir with foresight, is a mission for distinctive winemaking.

Living sanctuaries as treasures.

Every wine endeavour in Cyprus will have some heritage it will want to have preserved, be it environmental, cultural or communal. As a tribute to individuals whose passion and dedication has transmitted this heritage to life,  highlighting the vineyards as magnificent landscapes, is but a reflection of the passionate work of the women and men of the vine. We recognize that driven entrepreneurs have had an impact on society and local communities over the last 30 years, yet immersing oneself in the fascinating world of the vine, is more than wineries and wines.

It’s about appreciating the richness of the natural world around us, a legacy of biodiversity hand-selected by farmers over millennia and a culture of wine that has shaped manking and the way we live. Whether you are a wine lover or simply curious, this Heritage Season is a perfect time to explore and understand what makes Cyprus vineyards a living heritage worth celebrating and a true mark of Cypriot identity.

Legacy thrives through purpose

Evoinos isn’t one’s particular dream but a reflection of a common purpose for those who who create, invest and build it everyday. Our hope is that this commitment will allow us to continue with our purpose: caring for a legacy and heritage that engages regional communities in the stewardship of the land for present generations.

For centuries farming and trading generations have understood that vineyards are not an inheritance from our ancestors, but borrowed from future generations. As an integral part of the island’s landscape,  the resurgence of cultural interest deepens Cyprus’s Mediterranean charm, ensuring that farmers, winemakers and enthusiasts alike, will continue to shape our shared gastronomic culture.

Let’s voice some passion together!
